Footr currently ships to the Netherlands, Belgium, and the United States. The available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

The total estimated delivery time is 4–11 business days. This consists of a processing time of 0–3 business days and an estimated transit time of 4–8 business days. During busy periods or due to circumstances affecting carriers, delivery may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking is available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link or tracking number. It may take some time for the first tracking update to appear.

Yes. As a consumer, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days after receipt. Footr also offers an additional return option for eligible products up to 30 days after receipt. See the Returns and Refunds Policy for all terms and conditions.

When you return a product because you have changed your mind or, for example, want a different size, you are generally responsible for the return costs. If the product is damaged, defective, or was delivered incorrectly by Footr, we will provide an appropriate solution and will not charge you for the necessary return costs.
